Back Orders:

We do not backorder  and we do ship incomplete orders unless you tell us not to in the notes section of the Order form.

Returns:

Our return policy is:

 If we still have the bead in stock we will issue a credit. We do not refund money.

On all returned orders there is a  $5.00 or 10% , which ever is higher, restocking and handling charge.

If we are at fault for errors on your order there is no charge unless you need special shipping.

Please do not ship us any package without a Return Materials Number that we issue to you. we will not accept it.
